From kickoff
to launch

I work on a fixed-price basis with a clearly defined scope and timeline. Before any design work begins, you’ll know exactly what’s included, how long it’ll take, and what it’ll cost. No surprises halfway through the project.

I like to keep things simple. Less process, more progress.

Rather than spending weeks in planning or documentation, I focus on getting ideas into something tangible as quickly as possible. It’s much easier to have productive conversations when you’re reacting to real design instead of abstract concepts or wireframes.

After our kickoff call, where we’ll dig into your business, goals, and what success looks like, I’ll put together a handful of design explorations. These aren’t polished final designs. They’re focused concepts that explore different visual directions and give us something meaningful to discuss.

The goal isn’t just to make something beautiful, but something that solves the problem and feels like the obvious solution.

Sometimes that means one or two strong ideas. Other times it might be six or seven loose concepts. Every project is different, so I don’t force the process into a template. What I can promise is that everything I present represents my best thinking. Once we’ve identified the strongest direction, I’ll refine it collaboratively, keeping what works, removing what doesn’t, and iterating until the design feels right.

Throughout the project, we check in when there’s something worth reviewing, not because the calendar says we should. That keeps momentum high, avoids unnecessary meetings, and gives the work room to develop naturally. The result is a faster, more focused process that produces the best results.
